Youth ENVISION

YOUTH ENVISION is an inclusive program open to any students of Erie County ages 14-20!

We focus on leadership development, goal setting, community outreach, and supporting each other to envisioning and then achieving our dreams!

What is Youth Summit?

The Youth Summit celebrates all our Youth ENVISION program does: include you in our community, interest you in your future, and get you excited to live your best life. Join Mission Empower for 3 days of fun, sun, and exploration!

We’ve got lots of fun in store for you. Some past activities include:

– Beach glass hunting –
– Arts and crafts –

Every year, select youth from Erie and Erie County join their friends
as we kick off the Youth ENVISION Program, with a fun and empowering Youth Summit!

MENTORING

This is your chance to find a mentor who will meet with you twice a month to assist you in setting your own goals in a field or area of interest that you choose.

LEADERSHIP

You will be a leader and guide activities & service opportunities. Share your talents to make a difference in your community. Come be a part of giving back at monthly service events, like volunteering at a local soup kitchen, beach cleanup, or retirement community.

Weekly Trainings

Engage in weekly trainings led by Mission Empower staff and leaders and community organizers from various organizations in the Northwest Pennsylvania region. Connect with your peers to discuss, learn, and contribute to discussions.

SUPPORT

Everyone, no matter what age or background, needs support from others in order to succeed and feel included.  Join your friends for monthly social events & discuss what is happening in your life, and support each other.
