MISSION EMPOWER – Transition Goals, Activities, and Services in the IEP W4 with PEAL Center – June 16

Wendi is going to discuss transition goals, activities, and services in the IEP. This part of the I.E.P can be overwhelming for some families. Mission Empower would like to help ease your concerns by offering this W4. The mission of the PEAL Center is to educate and empower families to ensure that children, youth, and young adults with disabilities and special health care needs to lead rich, active lives as full members of their schools and communities.
